Tom Chavez and Jess Rodriguez have been staging large expositions, trade fairs, and festivals for over 30 years. In addition they have a considerable background in publishing. The various events have been produced in many of the major venues on the West Coast, including the Los Angeles Convention Center, San Mateo Expo Center, Portland Coliseum, Seattle Center, Fresno Convention Center, and the Sacramento Convention Center (10 times).
In 2001 they produced the first Total Health Expo at the Sacramento Convention Center. Here is a proclamation from then Sacramento Mayor Heather Fargo regarding the Total Health Expo, on which the present Total Recovery Expo is based:
